As of May 16th 2009, this site was created as a gathering place for owners of the American Pit Bull Terrier breed to come together to promote positive breed ownership.. We would like to shine a positive light on preserving, working, and loving our breed of choice.
We are a community dedicated in preserving the true American Pit Bull Terrier. Members are encouraged to participate in working and conformation events, to test their dogs for form, function and temperament. We fully oppose any and all kinds of Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) and encourage responsible ownership. • We hope people new to the breed will ask questions to learn. We wish that while you are here you will take advantage of the overwhelming knowledge our members have about the breed, to better yourself not only as an owner of this wonderful breed, but hopefully to have you become active in many forms of positive activities, which some include weight pull, conformation, agility, dock diving, hog hunting, tracking, obedience, and much, much more.
• We aspire to preserve the American Pit Bull Terrier in its true form. This site is dedicated to the preservation of the American Pit Bull Terrier in its original form. Please note we are opposed to any and all forms of animal cruelty, dog fighting, and do not promote or condone irresponsible owners, breeding of unproven dogs, or illegal activities of any kind. • We provide an atmosphere that is family friendly, and of course fun to learn in. We are here to come together as a group of enthusiasts who will stand for this breed, if you are here to learn, we are here to teach, not bash, we open our arms to anyone who is willing to learn and better this wonderful breed.
As many people know the American Pit Bull Terrier has received a reputation that attracts a negative attitude from those who are not educated on the breed or simply just listen to the media. We would love the opportunity to be able to educate the public on how to properly care for our breed, while keeping them happy, and in the best fit condition possible.
Activities such as weight pull, and conformation, are a couple of the top dog show competitions. Whether it is in fun shows or sanctioned ADBA, UKC, or AKC trials, we encourage active participation, to show the public the positive side of this wonderful, loving, and intelligent breed.
Any activity such as dog fighting, selling dogs/puppies, offering stud service, is prohibited on this site and will not be tolerated. We remain loyal to the true APBT as they are truly loyal to us.

ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 21, 2011 – When former Air Force Senior Airman David Sharpe adopted a pit bull puppy from a rescue shelter 10 years ago, he thought he was saving her life. In a dramatic twist of events just a few months later, she ended up saving his.
Sharpe was on the verge of taking his life.
As he sat on the kitchen floor of his apartment with a .45 caliber handgun in his hand -- "ready to finish the fight with the demons that followed me back from the war" -- that pit bull puppy, named Cheyenne, sat down on the floor next to Sharpe and licked his ear.
