No there is not alot about him. A couple of his dogs names are Nebletts Congo and Nebletts little cookie which were related to Heinzl.s Ch Peter and Jim Lyman's Ch Patty He is the producer of the McCoy dogs. Bob Neblett crossed Hemphill and other OFRN blood with Colby to produce the McCoy line of dogs Bob was born Robert Neblett in November 9,1895 and died June 1980.

The dog Greenwood's strider in the picture before this one was sired by Neblett's Beans McCoy Here is a link to his pedigree.

#1. is "Loposay's Buster" ROM. Most ADBA papers today show him as (Shivar's "Loposay's" Buster) however John Shivar never actually owned Buster. J.R. Loposay purchased Buster from Maurice Carver who lived Texas. John Shivar, who worked for an airline company and was able to travel and ship for free made a deal with J.R. Loposay that in exchange for shipping Buster he could use him for stud on 2 of his (Shivar's) best bitches that were due to come in to heat. John Shivar flew to Texas and took Buster back to his house in Flordia, and then bred him to every bitch he had and could put his hands on. Less that a month after having Buster on his yard, John Shivar died. Long story short and to not give away to much information in my book, after learning of John Shivar's death J.R. Loposay called Mrs. Shivar to make arrangements to pick up Buster however Mrs. Shivar "DID NOT" want to rightfully hand over Buster to Mr. Loposay and after refusing to ship Buster back to North Carolina she abruptly hung up the phone. Mr. Loposay and his daughter P. Loposay got in their car that night and drove straight through to Flordia, knocked on Mrs. Shivar's door the next morning and took Buster back home to Sanford, North Carolina. J.R. Loposay died less than 1 month later and most all of the breedings ever done with Buster even though on paper it shows J.R. Loposay as the breeder, Patsy Loposay actually desirves the credit. Patsy Loposay bred "Mark's Midnight" the Dam (mother) of Ch. Mountain Mans Homer (4XW) ROM and Loposay's Sundance POR who if had not of been stolen most oldtimers say would have surpassed Jeep's record on the ROM list as a producer. Buster's "ORIGINAL ADBA REGISTRATION PAPERS" show his name as "Loposay's Buster". I have a copy of them given to me by Patsy Loposay and I have held the original in my own two hands. When I sent in "Molly's" ( http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=260324 ) registration they came back showing Buster as Shivar's "Loposay's' Buster. Knowing the truth, I called Patty Greenwood at the ADBA who then talked to her mom to get the original paper work and story straight and as I already knew Patty then sent me Molly's corrected 7 generation pedigree showing Buster as "LOPOSAY'S BUSTER". Where the confusion on Buster's name comes or came in is when Mrs. Shivar sent in registraion papers on the litters that John Shivar bred while he was alive using Buster as a stud, they (the ADBA) registered him as Shivar's Buster. There's more to the story but, you'll have to read about it in my book! LOL (P.S. I have ton's of never before seen photo's of Buster, a drawing of him by Maurice Carver and his last collar of which all photo's will be included in the book, plus many more photo's and history of the Loposay bloodline.

#2. is Gr. Ch. Rebel Kennel Sampson (5XW) and won "Best of Show" in all 5 show's. Beat several Champion's on his way to his Gr. Ch. title. Said by Ricky Jones said to be one of the best dogs he ever put his hands on.

#3. is Colby's Panzy

#4. is Colby's Dime and the little boy sitting on the dog house is none other than Louis B. Colby.

The 2004 ADBA Nationals were held in New Lenox, Illinois in the month of September. All my Gazette's are packed up right now because we're in the process of moving so I can't put my hand on it right now but that picture and another one with just Blade & myself is in the whole page collage photo of the Nationals issue. Blade was in several issues of the Gazette, 4 or 5 I think, I'm not exactly sure without going back and looking. When Blade died Kate (Greenwood) ran a tribute & obituary in honor of Blade in the Gazette (2007). BTW, Blade was also the very 1st. "BLUE" dog to ever be inspected (at the request of the Owner "DM" of the N.K.C.) by Judge Art Parker as an American Pit Bull Terrier, not an AmStaff just because of his color like the N.K.C.'s standard calls for. Blade went on later that very same day to place 2nd under Judge Art Parker in a sanctioned N.K.C. APBT conformation show. 1st place went to a "Ch" that a guy had just purchased that morning from Ed Farron of Wildside Kennels. That red N.K.C. ribbon is Blade's on 2nd place ribbon ever. Here's just a few of Blade's trophies that are very special to us.

An interesting tidbit about Charlie, is that he was actually considered to be a better dog than jeep by some people. Jeep just got more recognition. My uncle seen both of them in action, and said Charlie seemed the better dog to him also. Charlie just did not get bred as much or pumped up as high.

Ok ill give it another go.
http://www.riospitbull.com/Carver2.jpg
Who is this dogman & dog?

Smith family guessed Carver and Redneck, like it is listed in Rios' pictures. But that is actually a picture of Larry Bell and C. Winn's Redneck as an older dog, also known as Bert Sorrel's T.J., a son of Bert's Ch. Shaft.
I know it looks like Maurice but that picture was taken several years after Carver died (I know, I took that picture in eastern Colorado)
T.J. had beat a son of Bolio, named Grider's Duke in Nevada in a little over an hour and a half, very game dog. Redneck was retired from competition by a dog named Ch. Bad Company and then sold as a proven stud dog.
Redneck is listed as the sire of Merritt's Tugboat Willie that killed Carver and Finn's Magic Man in 56 minutes and then went on to beat the famous CH. Hunt dog in 5 hours 32 minutes. Go back and check your journals and you will see Carver was recently deceased at the time.
