Awwww, I only live in Red Bluff, 30 minutes from Redding and if I didn't already have 5 dogs I would love to take her in. I will pray that she finds a good forever home. Also, welcome to the forum, if someone by chance does adopt Rosie you should inform them about this forum that way we can watch Rosie's progress. :)
