I never said I graduated. Chico parties HARD. Playboy rated us number 1 party school over ASU when I was there.

I see a lot of supplaments on the net for our dogs that suppost to help build muscle like creatine does for humans is that stuff safe for dogs in the long run

Can't be any worse than feeding the same kind of kibble year in and year out. To much of anything is toxic for a pooch. I think variety is the spice of life and the key to longevity for us and the dogs. No need for supplements, roids and the likes unless your competing at the top of the sporting food-chain. The dogs already get the shaft when it comes to life-span.
I don't follow the article to the letter. I give stale bread and raw eggs (w/shell) post work-out and the dogs explode. That covers the carbs and 9 amino acids.

Dont do creatine, tried it, makes my dogs run hot and packs on water weight. As for the rest of the article... common sense... good nutrition, hard work, plenty of rest!!
