I understand a lot of you may not like dock dogs but it is one sport that combines 2 of Peanut's favorite things, swimming and fetch.
That said, Peanut was invited to tryout for dock dogs. On August 21 we will be taking him for tryouts and see how he does. I am going to take my camera and get video and pictures. If he does well and enjoys it we are thinking of letting him compete.
we just need to find a crate and a shorter then 4 foot leash for him.
wish us luck :)
i will update this after he goes with pictures and video :D

I was going to try it but my dog cut his rear leg three days before. Deep and in two places. Three weeks later he's heeled with lots of scar tissue. Maybe he we'll get another chance. Good luck.

this is from Peanut's first jump. he only competed in one wave but he jumped 2 times first jump was 10 feet 10 inches and his second was 8 feet 4 inches.

He placed 4th in the Junior Division. Not bad for his first try and only doing one wave this time.
