First off let me start by saying that I paid an extra 30 bucks for the 2 day shipment and it is going on 5 days now.... I got ripped off! secondly I was tracking the packages and noticed they got into North Las vegas yesterday at 1pm and stayed there instead of being shipped out THAT same day. So today rolls around and the damn thing is in transit at 7am and then on top of that there were no updates e-mailed to us. 4:30 passes NO word no sign and I was getting tiffy over it. 5:30 rolls around and the Roommate notices on his way in from buying beer that FEDEX is 4 houses down JUST sitting there but he didn't know it was for us. He hops in the shower, I am sitting there in the room on here with the door open so I can hear if they come and NOTHING!!!!! Mark goes out to check (usually they just leave the packages out for us.) and he notices a FEDEX TAG on the door. the bastards DIDNT EVEN KNOCK!!!!!!!!! they walked up and just STUCK THE TAG ON THE DOOR AND LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called Fedex cussing the girl out and explained to her NO ONE KNOCKED they just placed the damn tag and left. funny how fast the fucks got back to the unit with my packages but it took them 2 damn days to get it to my house, mess it up and leave. I signed the Tag, I WILL be placing it outside on the door so the IDIOTS can just leave them there so I can get them!
sorry, I had to vent!!

Not really. I am more pissed that they are dragging ass and I paid extra for something that I didn't even get. Mark is pretty mad too. If you pay for 2 day shipping make it 2 days. -.-
not only that but they didn't even knock on the door they just stuck the tag on the door like Lazy fools!

Oh, well atleast I don't have 500 cats and crazy. lol
and it was ground shipping (2 days) One was from Cal and the other from IL
I didn't think it would take that long in all honesty because I order my dogs food off the net and it gets here in 2 or 3 days via fedex. they even leave the packages. Never had an issue till now.
Yes, Lesson learned.

Fedex did the same to me when I was waiting on a phone to arrive, home all day, doorbell never rang, no knock (the dogs would go crazy), and found a ticket on the door. I called and they told me that there was no answer lol, they didnt care. Stick with UPS and USPS, they usually get stuff there in a day or two anyway, even without paying the extra.

Lodge a formal complaint and ....
*warning -you've touched on one of my hot-button issues*
... support legislation to allow Fed Ex and UPS employees to unionize. I'm usually not pro-union, but the two shipping companies have treated people so poorly that when they're hiring new people, they get the ones that couldn't get a job anywhere else. As a result, service is just as you described unless you have an old-timer on your route. Our UPS guy at work is an old-timer, but when he goes on vacation I ALWAYS have the same problems you described.

ugh, they tried and no answer my ass! hahaha. If it were up to me I would have used UPS but I ordered from a company that uses FEDEX. I really don't have a choice who ships it.

Like I said, I never had an issue with fedex before now so I am wondering if it is from another location then before (must be) it is comming from the North las vegas center. I don't remember my past packages comming from North Vegas so maybe North Las vegas FEDEX has idiots working for them. OH, and I just looked at the tracking just now and it left the center at 8am it wont be here NOW until 7pm. YEAH, way to go! lets make it later!!! and later eachtime! rediculous.
