Hi thanks for the links. Is there any way to prove the the Boudreaux family will be receiving the donations? I know I'm always skeptical. If I can contact someone and know were the money is going I would love to set up a donation drive for them. I just need to know for sure the money is going to them so I don't deceive any members here or ppl I refer.

from what? Floyd doesn't have any dogs left! :)

I don't know if there is a way to prove it Kev. I would click the links the lady that posted this said you can contact her directly. I donated a couple times. He still has a very large outstanding bill to pay. I suppose its up to whomever if they want to donate or not :)

Yes well When you sue some one it costs upfront and if you lose you get no reimbursement. Only if you win is the other side going to have to cover the court costs. But they don't pay the attorney costs that gets deducted from the amount won.

Although this case is not about money to me It's about standing up for ourselves. Proving that they were wrong for killing his dogs, And making them think twice before they do it again.
