So in the little ass town I live in, I have to end up across the ally from a psycho lady who hates dogs. Let me clue you in on how much she hates dogs. She actually started a petition to get dog banned from my little town, granted she didn't get very far, but still. She even tried running over the dog catcher lady. So, anyways, every other day or so she works in her yard and my dogs don't give a fuck. But then she starts realizing they are outside and thats when it starts.....She goes and stands in the ally so my dogs start barking, then she starts yelling at them to shut the fuck up, then I call my dogs and they start walking towards me. Then the stupid bitch has to start yelling at me, which my pit can't stand, so he goes off on her. Then I give up and just let them bark because WTF they are dogs. Then the stupid old bitch takes it one step further and starts throwing rock towards my fence. then my dogs really go off, my pit picks up bricks and tosses them like nothing them she calls the cops. YAY me!

She use to flash Flashlights in my yard at 2am then call the cops.

I have had to go to court 3 times for my dogs barking AT her.

Video tape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and also document. Sounds like she should be in the loony bin. The fact that she tried to ban dogs in general should be a pretty good indication to the court who is at fault here.

Yeah but if yalls town is anything like it is here then there is no way the judge will not even take the time to notice something like that (unless you have proof on paper that it was her of course then it might get noticed). Def get a video tape for court the next time. If you have a window or something you can stick it in that will show her behavoir then stick it in there. Or if you are as blunt as I am about it you will just take the damn thing outside with you when she starts her shit and video tape the whole thing, if she asks you what it is for then straight up tell her that its for the next time your crazy ass takes me to court.

Yeah thats what I was going to do as soon I get one next month. I have a porch I can just sit on and video tape her. I had to pay one fine because of her and thats because there was a stand in judge or what ever you call him. The regular judge was on vacation. And what they do is the cops don't come out to my house any more about my dogs, but they do put it in, so when they can actually can get the dog pound lady to come to my house she always gives me a ticket and when I get to court theres is like 15 calls on file. I asked the judge and the cops what i can do about it and they both said I have to video tape her in the act 3 time before I can do anything. And its not like my dogs are the only ones that bark but mine are the ones that get blamed. The county "officials" once said that the dogs problem is as bad as the meth problem here. Now how the hell can you compare dogs to drugs?

REMEMBER that she MUST know your recording her or the outdoor camera has to be visable in some states to be used in court...stupid law yes..so look into it before you film.You can also play her game, when she acting a fool, call the law and tell them you fear for your life and your dogs,she is throwing unknown items in your yard.

The judge and the cops did tell we were allowed to snap photos or videos of the ally since it is considered public property. And how ever is in it can say anything,, plus I did tell her the other day I was going to start doing it. She called me a redneck and told me to take my family and my dogs back to the country. LOL what a dumbass

Looks like this lady has serious issues with you and your dogs. Just be careful around her, she seems to be the crazy enough type to try poison your dogs and say the dogs might have eaten something. But yes like what the others have suggested, document everything. And photos and video's are the best documentation tools, also make sure you have the dates and time display tuned on, so you can verify the time lines in court.
